Melbourne Cleaning Services offers a variety of cleaning services including, but not limited to, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and more. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in your service agreement.
3.1. All bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
3.2. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the service, date, and time.
3.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided at the time of booking are accurate.
4.1. Payment for services is required either in advance or on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
4.3. Any additional charges for extra services or special requests will be communicated to you and must be agreed upon before the service commences.
5.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
5.3. Melbourne Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible.
6.1. You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.
6.2. If we are unable to gain access to the premises, a cancellation fee may apply.
7.1. You must ensure that the premises are safe for our staff to perform the cleaning services.
7.2. Valuable items should be secured, and any special instructions or fragile items should be communicated to us in advance.
8.1. Melbourne Cleaning Services is insured for public liability. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control.
8.2. Any claims for damages or losses must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service.

10.1. Melbourne Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
